Feast of St Ursula
Holy Mass was celebrated on the Feast Day of St Ursula by HG Archbishop Emeritus Paul Cremona OP assisted by the Nuns’ chaplain, Fr Anthony Chircop and other members of the clergy, at St Ursula Monastery in Valletta.
This yearly event in the Maltese Association’s calendar of religious activities was very well attended as everyone looks forward to meeting the cheerful cloistered nuns on the feast of their patron saint.
The Mother superior thanked the benefactors, volunteers and helpers who make this celebration possible at the end of the Mass, following which, the Hymn of St Ursula was sung by the choir under the direction of Mro. Agius.
All those present were then treated to light refreshments in the Convent Parlour.
